Using American rye bourbon, Italian antica vermouth, fino sherry, bitters and finished with an Italian maraschino cherry.

Ingredients

  • 45ml American Rye Bourbon
  • 30ml Antica Vermouth
  • 5ml Fino Sherry
  • 2 shakes Angostura bitters (or orange bitters)
  • 1 dark maraschino cherry (Preferably Italian and preserved in cherry syrup)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker or large mixing glass with ice.
  2. Combine bourbon, vermouth, sherry and bitters. Stir to combine.
  3. Place cherry into a Nick & Nora-shaped cocktail glass. Using a strainer, pour in liquid.
  4. Drink.
