A convenient way to enjoy the festive drinking season with instant access to a warming cup of spiced wine
Mulled wine syrup, a concentrated version of the original recipe, can be stored in the fridge and used to create a single glass, two glasses, or even 6 in less than 5 minutes.
A great alternative to making a whole bottle batch at once and easier to serve a crowd of friends who all desire separate drinks.

How to make mulled Wine Syrup
Using the same ingredients as a standard batch of mulled wine, except the spices, fruit, sugar and wine in brought to a boil and reduced into a syrup consistency.
The flavours become concentrated, almost like a cordial. Simply 50ml of syrup to 200ml of red wine, gently heat and it’s instantly ready to serve. Make a large batch and store it in the fridge for up to a month, long enough to get you through the festive season.
